Sudoku Master privacy, explained clearly.

1. Who we are

Shri Rama Studios is an independent game studio. For privacy questions, contact shriramastudios.dev@gmail.com.

2. Website privacy

The studio website has its own privacy policy. For details about information collected through shriramastudios.com, please see our Website Privacy Policy.

The studio website is intended to be a simple informational website. We do not require an account or login to browse it, and we do not intentionally collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or other personal information simply because you visit the site.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, name, and the contents of your enquiry. We use it to respond and handle the request.

The website does not currently use a separate analytics or advertising SDK controlled by Shri Rama Studios.

Sudoku Master is designed so that normal gameplay information is stored locally on your device. The game does not require an account or login.

Local storage may be affected by device settings, app deletion, operating-system backup/restore behavior, or moving to a different device.

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

Sudoku Master uses Google AdMob to display advertising, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob is a third-party service and may process information such as IP address, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, and other information as permitted by Google's systems and your applicable consent choices.

We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to present applicable privacy/consent choices. Where required, your choices are used to determine how advertising is served and processed. You can access available privacy choices through the game's Privacy Options setting.

We do not control all information that Google processes through AdMob. Google's own terms and privacy documentation govern its processing. The game does not use an additional analytics SDK controlled by Shri Rama Studios.

5. Premium purchases

Sudoku Master offers an optional Premium purchase through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the transaction. The app verifies the purchase through Google Play Billing and unlocks Premium features locally.

Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited hints. After a successful Premium unlock, the app stops requesting AdMob ads. Shri Rama Studios does not store payment-card information or the user's payment credentials on its own server.

6. Feedback

The game includes an in-app feedback form. When you submit feedback, the submission contains the feedback message and the app version automatically included by the app. It does not intentionally add IP address, device model, Android version, advertising ID, or similar device details to the feedback record.

Feedback is currently stored in a Google Sheet associated with the developer's Google account and is used for support, bug investigation, product improvement, and related studio purposes. We intend to delete feedback when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

7. Notifications

Sudoku Master may use local notifications for features such as Daily Challenge and streak reminders. These notifications are generated by the app/device rather than being a requirement for an online account. You can disable notifications through the app or your device's notification settings.

8. Internet access

Normal Sudoku gameplay is designed to work without a continuous internet connection. Internet access may be needed for advertising, Premium purchase/verification, and submitting feedback.

9. Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your personal information. However, third-party services used by the game—particularly Google AdMob/UMP and Google Play Billing—may process information as part of providing their services. Their processing is governed by their own policies and your applicable choices.

The website may link to third-party pages such as Google Play. Once you leave our website or interact with a third-party service, that service's privacy practices apply.

10. Data retention and deletion

Game progress and statistics are normally stored locally and can generally be removed by deleting the app or clearing its app data, subject to your device's backup/restore behavior. There is no Shri Rama Studios user account that requires account deletion.

For feedback, we retain submissions only for as long as reasonably needed for support, troubleshooting, product improvement, or related legitimate business purposes, after which we intend to delete them.

11. Children's privacy

Our game and website are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly create accounts for children or intentionally collect children's personal information through the website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us.

12. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we control. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. International users

Because our third-party service providers may operate globally, information processed by those providers may be handled in countries other than your own. Their applicable policies and safeguards govern those transfers.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, games, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date and last-updated date at the top of this page will indicate the latest version.
